# 6. Informationssystem

## Dokumentenablage

Die Dokumentenablage ist der Ort, an dem alle strukturellen und operativen Elemente der Organisation erfasst und verfügbar gemacht werden.

📁 Wir nutzen **Google Drive** als Dokumentenablage.

Der Inhalt wird durch Rollen (z.B. Archivar:in, Fotograf:in, etc.) verwaltet und aktualisiert.

## Kommunikationsmittel

Damit sich die Akteure von Colearning.org (Colearner:innen, lokale Spaces, Koordinator:innen, Vorstand, etc.) vernetzen können, braucht es entsprechende Kommunikationsmittel.

Wir nutzen **Discord** für die Kommunikation.
