# Circles

Die Organisation setzt sich aus Circles zusammen. Mehrere Rollen werden in einem Circle zusammengefasst. Jeder Circle verfolgt einen Zweck und kümmert sich um einen Themenbereich.

Die Rollen des Circles können alle Entscheidungen autonom treffen, die ihren Themenbereich betreffen und der Erreichung ihres Zwecks dienen. Grosse Entscheide, die andere Circles oder grosse Teile der Organisation betreffen, werden dem Vorstand oder der Vereinsversammlung vorgelegt.
