# Colearning Space

Ein Colearning Space ist ein physischer Ort mit folgenden Eigenschaften:

1. **Unterschiedliche Generationen** begegnen sich **auf Augenhöhe** und verstehen sich als Colearner:innen.
2. Es ist ein **Ort mitten im Leben** und **mitten in der Arbeitswelt**. Menschen lernen von Menschen, beiläufig und spielend.
3. **Selbstlernen in Gemeinschaft** findet statt. Das Leben und die Community sind der **kollaborative Raum**, wo Wissen und Kompetenz sich gegenseitig verstärken, ergänzen, bereichern und inspirieren. 
4. Colearner:innen **gestalten die Welt**, machen ihr **Lernen sichtbar** und **geben weiter**, was sie empfangen.

### Aufbaustadien

Ein Colearning Space durchläuft drei Stadien:
